The Ontario-Montclair Schools Foundation is the convening nonprofit coordinating Promise Scholars. The Foundation’s mission is to help children achieve their college and career dreams. We accomplish this through the Promise Scholars program which works to ensure all students in the community have access to an education after high school.

Promise Scholars is a comprehensive college and career readiness program serving all students in the Ontario-Montclair School District by providing early exposure, guidance, and sustained support on the path to postsecondary success. Beginning in kindergarten and continuing through high school and beyond, Promise Scholars offers students support, mentoring, workshops, college and career exploration, and scholarship opportunities.

The program is designed to empower students, especially those who will be first in their families to attend college, to build confidence, develop essential skills, and successfully pursue their educational and career goals.
