The Ontario-Montclair School District (OMSD) is excited to offer a FREE Mandarin Dual Language Immersion (DI) Program, currently available for students in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 6th grade. We invite families, whether within or outside the OMSD service area, to express interest and learn more about this unique educational opportunity. All families are welcome to complete the interest form.

Now entering its seventh year, our highly successful program is hosted at Montera Elementary School in Montclair, California. For the 2026-2027 school year, the program will expand to include 7th grade, with plans for continued growth until it encompasses grades TK through 8^th.

The program follows a 50/50 instructional model, where students spend half their day immersed in Mandarin and the other half learning in English.
