Registration Information

Registration forms are available in the Preschool/Child Development Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. (Registration forms may also be accessed online.) No appointment is necessary for registration packet pick-up.

If your child has an active Individualized Education Plan (IEP), please call (909) 418-6898 for further information.

For confidentiality purposes, appointments are scheduled to meet with parents individually to review completed registration forms and required documentation.

Initial Appointment

Second Appointment
  • Staff reviews completed forms and required documents with parent. Due to strict state guidelines, only complete registration packets will be accepted. For any missing items, parent may return with required document without an appointment on the walk-in day (Thursdays 8:00 am - 11:00 am or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm).
  • Registration packet is further processed by staff according to Department of Education and Community Care Licensing regulations.
  • Parents receive an email with instructions to complete questionnaires about their child’s development.
  • Upon the completion of the questionnaires, and after eligibility has been verified according to state guidelines, parents receive a phone call to schedule a follow-up appointment to finalize enrollment.
  • Parent signs all certification forms for enrollment.
  • Parent receives school, teacher and class time information.
  • Teacher receives parent contact information and connects with parent before student begins.
