Elderberry School Teacher Mrs. Randi Muehlen has been selected by San Bernardino County Board of Education as "Teacher of the Year"

San Bernardino County Board of Education - "Teacher of the Year"

Mrs. Randi Muehlen, a first-grade teacher at Elderberry Elementary School has been named one of three teachers who will be honored and recognized by the San Bernardino County Board of Education as “Teacher of the Year”.

There are more than 18,000 teachers working in public schools throughout San Bernardino County and this recognition places Mrs. Muehlen amongst the State’s best teachers.  Her application now moves forward to compete in the California Teacher of the Year event for 2019-2020.

Randi Muehlen has been an outstanding teacher at Elderberry Elementary School for the past nine years, and overall, she has 12 years of experience in teaching in the classroom.    Randi is not only an outstanding educator in the classroom but also is highly visible throughout the school community.  She is known districtwide for her strong teaching and effective classroom management.
