• Vision Statement

The Student Outreach and Academic Renaissance (SOAR) program is a transformative alternative education initiative designed to empower students and equip them with essential skills for academic and personal success. Our vision is to provide high-quality education in a dynamic environment that fosters growth, resilience and lifelong learning. At SOAR, we believe every student deserves a second chance to rediscover their potential, regain their confidence, and reshape the skills needed to thrive in school and beyond.

    Mission Statement

Our program is built on a foundation of innovation, inclusivity, and community partnership.  Through both classroom and community-based experiences, students expand their knowledge of academic subjects, enhance their social skills, strengthen self-regulation, and cultivate a growth mindset. Learning activities are intentionally designed to bridge the achievement gap by meeting the unique needs of each student.  By incorporating experiential learning, collaborative projects, and critical thinking activities, we instill a sense of responsibility crucial for developing engaged and accountable citizens. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be better equipped with the tools and confidence to navigate everyday challenges.
