• What is Facilitron?

    Facilitron is a digital platform to manage the use of facilities. In partnership with Facilitron, Ontario-Montclair School District (OMSD) has launched custom facility use sites for each District facility giving users access to facility photos and descriptions, real-time availability, fee estimates, and online payment options.

    What is the process?

    • The process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, OMSD’s board policies on facility use remain the same and the District’s administrative staff make final decisions on all facility use requests.
    • Facilitron will assist with set-up of organization and user accounts
    • Verification that all requirements are met
    • Insurance - Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded to the system, and/or coverage can be obtained directly through Facilitron.  
    • Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal (Facilitron charges a 3% processing fee when paying online via credit/debit card).
    • All facility use requests must be submitted via Facilitron.
