Use of Facilities
Facilitron is an online Use of Facilities system designed to provide a positive user experience by allowing requests to be submitted easily and processed more efficiently.
In partnership with Facilitron, OMSD has launched custom facility use sites for each district facility giving users access to facility photos and descriptions, real-time availability, fee estimates and online payment options. Although the process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, Ontario-Montclair School District’s board policies on facility use remain the same and the District’s administrative staff make final decisions on all facility use requests.
Facilitron will assist with set-up of organization and user accounts, including verification of non-profit status (if applicable) and insurance and will collect payments on Ontario-Montclair School District’s behalf. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal (Facilitron charges a 3% processing fee when paying online via credit/debit card). Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded to the system, and/or coverage can be obtained directly through Facilitron.
