      1. I have an updated TB test, who do I turn it into?

       

      Updated TB tests can be emailed or submitted in-person to Human Resources. For more information, please contact our Human Resources staff at (909)418-6307.

       

      1. I am having trouble logging into my Frontline account, who can I contact?

      1. I lost my ID Badge, who can I contact to get a new one?

       

      For ID Badge replacement, please contact our Human Resources Assistant at (909)418-6307, to retrieve a new one. Please note: beginning the 2025 - 2026 school year, an ID Badge replacement fee of $2.00 will be applied.

       

      1. How do I apply for a job within the District?

      1. How do I confirm my work dates?

       

      To confirm your work dates, please contact the Analysts listed below depending on classification and the first letter of your last name:

      • Lauren Mejico - Classified (A-L)

      • Noni Wheat - Classified (M-Z)

      • Kristina Allen - Certificated (A-L)

      • Bernice Pantoja - Certificated (M-Z)

      To resign your position, please complete the “OMSD Separation Form” and return it to Human Resources. For more information, please click the link here to sign into MYOMSD.
